Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of shipment if not worn.  Proof of purchase is required. The customer MUST contact before returning any item. Our customer service team will then assist you with the returns processes

Our policy covers 30 days from the date your shipment has been received. Outside of 30 days you MAY be able to receive store credit if all other return conditions are met. The customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are non-refundable.

To be ELIGIBLE for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached by original fastener. Item and packaging must be free from dust, pet hair, and smoke odour.

Please be aware that all returns are INSPECTED. Though rare, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on worn items or missing original packaging. Even more rarely, an unacceptable return may be refused and will be disposed or donated at our discretion.
